Inspired by nature (particularly seascapes), each piece is unique and has its own character. The beautiful lines and shapes of shells, water, barnacles, and plants offer a unique story for me to interpret as an artist. My use of volcanic and coloured glazes reflect the sea and coastal shore line.
The delicate translucency of my work reflects and celebrates characteristics of the human spirit, sometimes strong, sometimes fragile, but always unique.
